Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for eligible orders.
Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or where an exception has been approved by our team.
To be considered for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

hygiene-sensitive items once opened or used
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:

clear photos of the item

clear photos of the packaging, if applicable
Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for review.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For approved defective or wrong-item cases, Teddly & Co will cover return shipping where applicable.
Refunds
If your return or claim is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are refundable only if the order arrived damaged or incorrect.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After that time, your order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
