Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, promotional periods, or high-volume periods.


 

Estimated Delivery Times

 


Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

 

  • United States & Canada: 7–25 business days

  • Select European countries: 10–30 business days

Tracking Information

 


Tracking is provided on all eligible orders. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details by email. Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.


 

Split Shipments

 


Items may arrive in separate packages. Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners and warehouses, products from the same order may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.


 

Incorrect Shipping Information

If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee any changes.


 

Lost or Stolen Packages

 


If a package is lost or marked as delivered but has not been received, Teddly & Co reviews cases individually. While we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund in every situation, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
